Experience - CRS
What is CRS? There is a difference in agents. Only 5% of all Realtors have the experience and advanced training to hold the CRS Designation. This goal includes a detailed interview to find out your required parameters and to get you qualified through a lender, searching for properties that fit your criteria, viewing the homes that you wish and negotiating for the successful close of you purchase.

My goals for the seller are simple: get you the most money in the least amount of time, with few if any problems. I will sit with you and give you a detailed market analysis and my marketing strategy for your review.
